Forgot Password

Resetting your password is easy.

1. Click on the 'Forgot Password' link at the bottom of the login screen. 
2. Enter the email address registered with your account and click 'Submit'.
3. You will receive an email from us with a link to reset your password.
4. Click on the link to open the password reset screen in a new browser window.
5. Enter your new password and confirm the same. Also, you have to enter the answers to your secret questions for the password to be reset.
   

If you do not remember the answers to your secret questions or if the email address registered with your account is no longer in use, kindly contact our Player Services.
