We are required by regulation to determine our customer’s location in order to allow real money gaming. We use a software plugin to determine the location based on your IP address and local wifi details. The plugin launches every time you login and shows you if all requirements are met. If not, you can see exactly what is causing the restriction from the geo-location dashboard.



You need to be physically present within the state of New Jersey in order to wager. If you are within New Jersey state borders and you are being restricted from playing for real money on a desktop or laptop computer, there may be an issue with locating you via WiFi.  Check to make sure that you have your computer’s WiFi signal/capability turned on.  If your computer is not equipped with WiFi, it is likely you will not be able to access real money games. On mobile phones, please allow location access to our app.
