Account Verification

We need to verify your identity, age and deposit or withdrawal methods in order to maintain a safe gaming site that complies with various local and federal regulatory requirements. To do this, we will require that you submit a clear copy of any Govt. issued ID and copy of bank/card statement.

We may need other documents for verification depending on the use of newer payment methods in your casino account.

To submit the documents please do the following:

  1.     Login to your casino account
  2.     Click on the main menu option from the top left section (hamburger menu)
  3.     Click on 'Player Account'
  4.     Click on 'Information & Security'
  5.     Click on 'Upload a Document'


The files must be one of the following file types : PDF, JPEG, BMP, PNG and HEIC
